1 hour Individual Therapy Session

I provide compassionate individual therapy for adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, and trauma. Together, we work to create a safe space where you can heal, grow, and find more inner peace.

I accept most major insurance providers. Private pay is $150 per session, and a sliding scale is available to ensure therapy is accessible.
