It can help you navigate stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions, while building insight, healthier coping skills, and emotional resilience. Therapy is also a gentle way to support personal growth, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful change at your own pace.
How do I get started?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can briefly get to know one another and see if working together feels like a good fit. This time allows you to share what you’re hoping to work on and helps me understand how I can best support your therapy goals. If we both feel aligned, we’ll schedule an initial session for the following week.
What makes you different as a therapist?

I intentionally structure my schedule so I can be fully present for my therapy clients. I believe you deserve a therapist who truly listens, offers undivided attention during sessions, and remembers the meaningful details of your life, experiences, and goals.
Will my insurance cover our sessions?

If you’re using insurance for therapy, you’ll pay your copay until your deductible is met, and then your insurance will cover the remaining cost of your sessions. For clients using an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), your therapy sessions are fully covered at no cost to you.
